M-WANTED respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes.
No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.
All email addresses in our mailing list is strictly kept confidential.
M-WANTED reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above policies.
M-WANTED 1 TO 1 FREE EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange is considered only if the request is submitted with 10 days after we deliver your order. Item MUST be posted back to us WITHIN 3 days after exchange is confirmed. Items returned to us for exchange must be in the same condition as posted to customer, i.e. The piece must be intact with the M Wanted tag (should it come with it), in brand new condition; not worn or washed.
M-Wanted will bear all postage costs of the exchange process which includes your costs of postage back to us and forth to you IF:
1. Merchandise is defective.
2. Merchandise has the wrong color/size compared to your ordered item. (for ex. you ordered S size, we deliver M size; you ordered yellow, we deliver green.)
**There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
3.Customers wish to make an exchange to another size / colour .
Simply send us an email to admin@m-wanted.com with the following format:
1. Name: [your name]
2. Order number: [Your order number]
3. Item code: [item code]
4. Mailing Address: [If your purchase as guest or wish to send to address different in your account.
5. Description: [your description of the defect or wrong delivery]
6. If exchange is requested because of defect, please attach an image of the defect to us.
7. Account details for refund of postage: Bank Account
AS for other exchange request, such as sizes or designs, respective postage will be borne by the customer as all measurements and products details have been provided. Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via registered mail to us. M-Wanted will not proceed on with the exchange if the parcel does not reach us and is not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
**Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) that has its tag intact (should it come with it) and is unworn, not wash, requests for exchanges for articles which does not meet all three conditions will be declined duly.
**Only applicable to instock (non-sale) items. Exchanges in size do not apply to items from the Sale section.
The returned parcel is the buyers' responsibility till it arrives at our Warehouse. Once the return parcel arrives at our Warehouse, our Customer Service Team will send you an email to confirm receipt and liaise with you on the exchanges details upon verification of return goods condition.

REFUND POLICY
1. If somehow the product is out of stock after making the payment, full refund will be made for that particular product.
2. In the case that your requested-for-exchange item (due to DEFECT/WRONG size/color compared to the order) is out-of-stock, we will contact you for refund or another alternative choice.
M-wanted reserve the right to make final decision.
Otherwise, strictly no refund.
