TERMS



All pictures used from M-Wanted.com must be credited.



*Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it
might appear darker or lighter in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected. Else there will be exchange charge of SGD2.00 per item (excluding price difference & shipping fee which will be borne by the customer as all measurements have been provided.)

*There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

All exchange is considered only if the request is submitted within 7 days after we deliver your order. Item MUST be posted back to us WITHIN 3 days after exchange is confirmed. Items
returned to us for exchange must be in the same condition as posted to customer, i.e. The piece must be in brand new condition; not worn or washed.

M-Wanted will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer.

Kindly note no cash refunds will be done unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.

You are cordially advised to handwash all M-wanted apparels.



For bank  transfer payment method, receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 48hours. Payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your purchase.



M-wanted will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from a third party.



M-wanted will not be held responsible for any lost parcels / damaged mailed out items should you not opt for registered mail.



M-wanted reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions
