Q1: HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

If you know what you are looking for, use the CLOTHING, SHOES, ACCESSORIES and DESIGNERS links. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order. Kindly refer to HOW TO ORDER for detailed illustration.
Q2: DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A: No, you can use "INSTANT CHECKOUT" option to checkout as guest in the shopping Bag. However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your M-WANTED account:

Q3: I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Q5: HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
A: All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" or "Backorder" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. You will be notified via email if the ordered item is out of stock and our customer service will contact you for refund or park it under backorder delivery.
Q6: WHAT CURRENCY M-WANTED USES FOR BUSINESS TRANSACTION?
A: All purchases will be billed in Singapore Dollars ($).
Q7: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES M-WANTED ACCEPT?

1. Internet banking or ATM Fund Transfer via UOB or POSB Account. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.
**For bank transfer payment method, receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 48hours. Payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your purchase else your order will be automatically cancelled.

Q8: HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED AND PROCESSED MY ORDER?
A: After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received and processed. However, our emails might be blocked by email providers, Please help check spam/junk mail box and add our email: admin@m-wanted.com into your contact list to prevent future emails from landing in junk mail box again. Kindly contact us if you do not receive our order confirmaiton email.
Q9: DO YOU SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes, We do. Please drop us a note at admin@m-wanted.com, we will get back to you within TWO working days.
Q10: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
A:
*For Normal postage, the cost start from SGD 1.00 depending on the number of units you’ve ordered, our system will calculate respective shipping cost automatically, however M-wanted is not responsible for package losses (if any).
*For Registered Postage, the cost start from SGD 3.74 depending on the number of units you’ve ordered, our system will calculate respective shipping cost automatically.
You may track your parcel with this delivery mode. Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip if there is no one at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise you how you can retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office.
Q11: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Tracking number will be given if you have selected Registered mail option whereby you may track your package status HERE.
Q12: HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
A: Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment has been received and verified. For instock items, we will ship out your orders within 3 working days upon payment receipt.
*If you have ordered both instocks + backordered items, you may choose to deliver the available items first, followed by backordered items, or deliver together when all items are available
*A backorder is open for items that are sold out/no instocks available. Backorder available time frame is stated on top right corner of our website. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Q13: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDERS?
A: You would be able to change your order if we have not shipped your order. Please email admin@m-wanted.com details of your change request. Kindly refer to EXCHANGE POLICY for the details.
Q14: HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
